And the Mapo Tofu is Daddy and Mommy's favorite dish.
麻婆豆腐是爸爸妈妈最喜欢的菜。
This dish is so easy to make that everybody can make it.
这道菜很容易做，每个人都能做。
All you need is this secret ingredient.
你只需要这个秘密调料。
Baby, you can find the instructions on the back.

Let's get the ingredients ready and make Mapo Tofu.
我们把食材准备好去做麻婆豆腐吧。
First, take a wok and start boiling some water.
首先，拿一个锅烧一些水。
Now cut the soft tofu into medium chunks.
把嫩豆腐切成中等大小的厚块。
Now, thewww.58yuanyou.com water is boiling, toss in a teaspoon of salt.
现在水开了，放一茶匙的盐。
And put our tofu in for just about one minute.

Now the tofu is done, take it out of the water, and set it aside.

Now cut up the scallion and separate it into the green part and the white part.

So now that all the ingredients are prepared, let's cook our Mapo Tofu.

Wok on, oil in.

In goes the white part of the scallion.

In goes the Mapo Tofu seasoning.
放麻婆豆腐调料。
Give that a little stir-fry.
稍微翻炒一下。
Put in 200 milliliters of water.
放200毫升的水。
After that, put in your tofu,
之后，放豆腐，
and be really gentle with it.
要轻轻的放。
Don't stir-fry it, just push it around so the tofu goes everywhere.
不要翻炒，稍微推开，让豆腐铺开来。
Now let the tofu cook for about three minutes
让豆腐煮3分钟，
to really get the flavor in there.
来入味。
Towards the end of the three minutes,
快到三分钟的时候，
get some cornflour and some water in a bowl.
在碗里放一些玉米淀粉和水，
And give this a nice stir.
好好搅拌一下。
And add it into our dish and this will thicken up our sauce.

Finally shut off your heat,

Sprinkle on the green parts of scallions.
