若when引导定语从句, 那么when前必须有表示时间的先行词，
若when引导时间状语，其前面往往没有表示时间的先行词。
所以， 从这点可以看出这里的when引导的是定语从句
最让大家不敢确定的是先行词day不是直接放在when前面而是在两者之间加了is near.
没关系，中间可以加词， 如The day will come soonwhen we will have the long holidays.马上就要放长假了。
when怎么翻译？
状语从句: when通常都翻译为“当...时候”
定语从句: 这一句从句谓语表示将来的动作， when要翻译为“到时， 届时”
