有些员工是有志向的，
And you get other employees are quiet, they probably don’t do any work.
而有些员工很无欲无求，但可能啥活也不干。
老板的职责应该是：
让不干活的去do more work（多干点活），
Keep the ambitious ones happy.（让有野心有志向的开心，比如加薪…)
