Today is the 5th day of the 1st month in Lunar Calendar. This day is commonly known as the Festival of Po Wu. ( 破五，literally breaking five)

Cai Shen (财神) aka Deity of Wealth, from the najSESLme we shall know, they are Deities that are able to control the wealth or fortune for the mortals.
Since the day when mortal knew how to use money to exchange for other stuffs, Deity of Wealth appeared, not for blessing for mortals to become extremely rich, but to control the flow and movement of the money that involved in the mortals' activities.
So how many Deity of Wealth are there?
Haha, in this World, there are a lot, in folks culture, we have different type of Deity of Wealth, such as Military Wealth (武财), Scholarly Wealth (文财), Directly-Associated Wealth (正财), Physically-Associated Wealth (偏财), etc. Each type of Wealth www.58yuanyou.comis being in-charge by one Deity of Wealth.
财神是中国民间普遍供奉的一种主管财富的神明。一般认为有所谓“正财神”赵公明，“文财神”范蠡，“武财神”关羽，“偏财神”五路神、利市仙官，“准财神”刘海蟾等。
“正财神”：世人奉祀的财神，最为人们熟知的财神，影响最大的则是“正财神”赵公明。
“文财神”：范蠡，自称陶朱公，是一位文财神。他是春秋战国时期杰出的政治家、思想家和谋略家，同时也是一位生财有道的大商家。
"武财神"：关圣帝君即关羽关云长。一般商家以关公为他们的守护神，关公同时被视为招财进宝的财神爷。
“偏财神”：文武财神是民间所谓的正财神，在正财神之外，还有偏财神，这是就财神所在的神像位置而言的。民间的偏财神经常是指被称为“五路神”的财神。
“准财神”：在中国民间信仰的众多财神中，有一类只能算作是准财神，意为未得财神封号。但由于此神能为人们带来一定的财运，承担了一部分财神的职责。刘海蟾就是其中最具代表的一位准财神。
另外在初五这天也要记得给外国友人送上祝福，除了平安幸福和恭喜发财以外，有时我们还需依据对方的身份，送上更多的祝福。
