Q 1：为什么用鹅卵石绘画作为进班体检？
Why would you bring the painting on river rocks
as the experience for children in the class?
MON：因为感觉石头是幼儿很喜欢的一种天然玩具，彩色石头孩子们应该很感兴趣。
Cause I think the rocks are one of the natural
materials children like and the colorful rocks
will attract children’s interest.
Q 2：看到孩子们天马行空的发挥你有什么感想？
What is your reflection when you saw
the appearance of children’s imagination?
MON：孩子们天性自由，各种色彩的绘画发挥了孩子的天性，激发了孩子们的快乐。
These colorful paintings give children
the opportunity to develop their natural
power and enhance their happiness.
Q 3：过程中最大的感触是什么？
During the process,
what do you want to share for most?
MON：幼儿园的老师们确实不容易、不简单。自己在这堂课上保持耐心，要将步骤分解简化，同时五六遍、七八遍的给孩子们讲解，过程中还会出现很多突发情况，孩子有时候比较跳跃，容易兴奋。确实累得够呛，幼儿老师这份工作很辛苦。
It is not easy to be a kindergarten
teacher for real.
We have to be very patient in the classroom,
to analyze the movement and repeat
the same thing for many times.
And during the process,
there might be some troubles,
some children might be very active,
they are easy to get excited.
It is really a tiring work.

Q 1：为什么想到用饼干烘焙做分享？
Why would you choose baking as the share in the environment?
MON：首先考虑到我的职业孩子们可能暂时还无法理解，所以想要通过这种参与度更高的内容来和孩子们形成互动。具有一定的团队合作，又能亲自体验、锻炼动手协作能力。并且觉得孩子们对食物应该会更感兴趣。
First, I think if I introduce tochildren my profession, it will be very hard for
children to understand. So I choose this one which will bring us more interactions with children and it will need cooperation between each other.
Meanwhile, childr//www.58yuanyou.comen can experience in person and exercise their coordination of hands. And I think they will be more interested in it.
Q 2：为什么想要参与这次活动？
Why would you like to participate in this activity?
MON：因为自己很喜欢小朋友，喜欢和小朋友接触。同时因为嘟嘟是小吃货，在家也经常和他一起做烘焙，想把这种快乐分享给大家。
It is because I love children.
Dudu likes eating very much.
We always baked together at home.
I want to share this happiness with all of them.
Q 3：过程中最大的感触是什么？
How do you feel about this experience?
MON：最大的感受是孩子们的动手能力比我想象的好，秩序性也很不错。在这种动手制作的过程中也是一种陪伴。
What impressed me most is that children are much more able to do things
than I could ever thought. They have a good sense of order.
And I think this is also a good way to be accompanied with children.

Q 1：参加本次活动的原因是什么？
What interests you to participate in this activity?
MON：我的职业本身也是一名老师，没教过这么小的孩子原由网。主要教过初中、高中和大学的学生。对幼儿教育很感兴趣，硕士专业是儿童教育专业。
I am a teacher, but I never taught a child at this age. I mainly focus on middle school, high school and university. I am very interested in preschool education.
And my master degree is childhood education, so I am very interested.
Q 2：怎么想到用手偶戏这样的内容来做表演？
What inspires you to
make a play by hand puppet?
MON：刚开始是想分享绘本，但考虑IC班小朋友可能太小专注度不够，所以就搭配了小舞台、音乐来给孩子们讲故事。这件事虽然有些麻烦，但过程很享受，很感兴趣。
At the beginning, I was planning to read the picture book with children, but I thought that children in IC are still improving their concen原由网tration, so I decide to make an integration of the stage and music to tell children the story. It is more complicated for me. But I enjoyed a lot in the process.
Q 3：您现在从事的是哪方面的教育工作呢？你觉得和幼儿教师有什么区别？
What major do you teach now?
What is the biggest difference
between your career and the preschool education?
MON：现在是四川外国语大学的专职教师——教英语。对于初中、高中、大学的教学来说，目的性很强，以成绩为评判标准，而且学生们相对幼儿有比较好的沟通能力。
I am a teacher specialized English teaching in Sisu. Compares with preschool education, I think the education in middle school, high school and university if of stronger purposes and it evaluates students based on the scores. And students are of abilities of communication.
初高中以育人为主，而幼儿教育更需要共勤，需要全力投入。
Middle school is to teach the student. But preschool education is of both teaching and morality cultivation requiring more spirit.
比如日常和何亦澂互动的时候，大人的眼光总是很着急，或者觉得很危险。但其实大人的节奏和孩子的节奏是完全不同的，和幼儿相处需要放慢节奏。
Just like when I had the interaction with He Yicheng, we, adult, were always intended to be in a hurry or always thought it might be dangerous. But the pace for children and adult is totally different. We have to follow the child’s pace when we are working with children.
