最近， #元气森林真的不会发胖吗#这一话题在网上引发热议，宣称 0糖0脂0卡的网红饮料品牌元气森林乳茶被怼上热搜。
元气森林乳茶标示和宣传都是0糖（sugar-free）， 实际上只是不含蔗糖（sucrose-free），但是 添加了乳糖（lactose）、果糖（frutose）。
蔗糖、乳糖、果糖有何区别？
乳糖属于二糖，归属于碳水化合物，如果食用过量会转化为脂肪。
果糖在各种天然糖中的甜度最高，其 甜度大约是蔗糖的1.8倍，可以在肠道顺利地被吸收转化成葡萄糖，还可转化成脂肪，并引起脂肪合成增多。与葡萄糖相比， 果糖更容易转化合成脂肪。
元气森林没有说明“0糖”和“0蔗糖”的区别，容易引发消费者的误解（leading to a misunderstanding）。
根据《预包装食品营养标签通则》， 食品中的糖含量少于0.5g/100g（固体）或100mL（液体），可标注为“无糖食品”，即“0糖食品”，而0蔗糖，一般指食品加工过程表示无添加蔗糖。
0蔗糖和0糖虽然只有一字之差，但其实是完全不同的两个概念。
此消息一出，网友们怒了，纷纷表示：“骗我钱不说，还骗我长胖!”众多网友称此行为是 虚假宣传，直接罚款“伺候”上。
元气森林官方回应
网友们正义的呼声振聋发聩。随即（4月10日），元气森林品牌发布了致歉声明(apology statement)，还表示近期对乳茶产品 做了升级——“一个迟来的升级”。

此声明称从2月4日起生产的大部分乳茶和3月18日起生产的全部乳茶，包装 从原来的“0蔗糖 低脂肪”改为“低糖 低脂肪”。
不易发胖的食物推荐
近年来，越来越多的人在意 低糖（low-sugar）、 低脂（low-fat）、 低热量（low-calorie），选择食物时倾向于挑选能把“罪恶感”降至最低的食品，这样满足食欲的同时，又缓解了“ 长胖焦虑”。
有专家指出，有利于减肥的食物一般是 水果和非淀粉类的蔬菜（non-starchy vegetables）。
