在中国广东和香港地区人们有喝早茶的习惯,因此就诞生了港原由网式早茶(与广式早茶一脉相承),早茶主要由中式点心和茶水构成。早茶一般在早上5、6点开档,直到11点结束。起初,港式早茶的点心一般由肩上搭着白毛巾的原由网“点心仔”推车出来,一边走动,一边高声呼喊点心种类。每个顾客手里都有点心卡,分成“小、中、大、特、顶、超、美”七个级别。小编在洛杉矶的China Town里吃过一家港式餐厅,就是这样的特色!我觉得,这才是传统,是港式早茶中很重要的一部分!然而现在,很多港式(广式)餐厅都没有了推车和点心仔了……
