亲爱的同学们：
见字如面。在这个不平静的寒假里，新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎疫情牵动着全国人民的心，而你们和家人的健康平安也时刻牵动着学校的心。面对来势汹汹的疫情，学校积极防控，严阵以待，努力维护校园的安定与祥和；同学们也积极响应号召、支持配合有关工作，自觉做科学的传播者、谣言的粉碎者、健康的守护者和家庭的关爱者，不少同学还自发、主动联系学校捐赠物资、奉献爱心，充分展现出新时代新青年的责任与担当，我们为大家的表现点赞！
当前，疫情防控形势依然复杂严峻，为确保同学们安全，学校决定2月底前不开学，请大家务必不要提前返校。学校将根据疫情发展和上级部署确定开学及返校时间，一旦确定将第一时间告知同学们并留出充足时间以方便大家出行，请大家耐心等待。这是抗击疫情的需要，也是国家对莘莘学子的关心与厚爱。对于同学们普遍关心的新学期课程安排、毕业实习、论文答辩、升学就业、海外交流等工作，学校正在研究制定相应预案，打造线上学习平台，优化线下管理流程，努力实现“停课不停学、学习不延期”。当然，同学们在享受“云拜年”“宅生活”等春节“新年俗”时，也别忘了在家利用学校图书馆电子资源、在线开放课程资源和中国大学MOOC等网络平台开展自主学习，通过网络与老师、同学切磋琢磨，为顺利完成开学后的学习任务做足充分准备。

In this restless winter vacation, the pneumonia outbreak, caused by 2019 novel coronavirus (2019-nCoV) concerns the whole nation. Meanwhile, we are deeply concerned with the health and safety of you and your families. Facing the menacing epidemic situation, we took an active role in the prevention and control, and managed to maintain the stability and peace of the campus. You as students also actively responded to the call, offering your support and cooperation, and consciously acted as disseminators of science, shatters of rumors, guardians of public health and caregivers of families. 寒さの中にも、春の足音が聞こえてきます。この落ち着きのない冬休中、新型コロナウイルスの肺炎の流行は、全国の人々の心に影響を及ぼし、大学も学生のみなさんとご家族のみなさまの健康と安全を気にかけています。恐ろしい疫病に直面して、学校は積極的予防および管理を行い、キャンパスの安定と平和を維持することに尽力しています。学生のみなさんも積極的に呼びかけにこたえ、関連する仕事を協力的に支援し、自覚的に科学的な宣伝者となり、また同時に、デマの粉砕者、健康の守護者、家族を思い遣る者となりました。さらに、多くの学生は自発的に学校に連絡をとり、物資を寄付し、愛を捧げ、新時代の若者の責任感を表しました。

평온하지 못한 이번 겨울 방학에는 신종 코로나바이러스로 폐렴으로 인해 전 국민이 불안해 지고 학교에서는 여러분 및 가족분들의 건강과 평안을 늘 염려하고 있습니다. 심각한 사태 앞에서 학교는 캠퍼스의 안정과 평화를 유지하기 위해 최선을 다해 예방조치를 취하고 있습니다. 여러분들도 역시 적극적으로 응하고 있고 최대한으로 협조해 왔으며 스스로 과학의 전파자, 루머의 분쇄자, 건강의 수호자, 그리고 가족을 사랑 하는 자가 되었습니다. 기부물자를 학교에 자발적으로 보내고 사랑을 바치는 등 신세대 청년의 책임과 담당을 보여주는 학생들도 적지 않습니다. 정말 훌륭하고 대단한 행동을 하셨습니다!
신종 코로나바이러스 폐렴은 현재 심각한 단계에 처하고 있고, 여러분들의 안전을 확보하기 위해 학교에서는 2월말까지 개강하지 않기로 결정했습니다. 여러분들께서는 반드시 조기 등교하지 마시기를 바랍니다. 정확한 개강날짜는 신종 코로나바이러스의 퇴치현황 및 상급 교육기관의 지시에 따라 결정되며 확정되는 대로 학교에서는 가장 빠른 시일내에 여러분들께 통보를 하겠습니다. 이는 신종 코로나바이러스를 이겨내는 비상시기에 학교에서 내리는 결정이고 여러분의 많은 양해를 부탁드립니다.

En attendant, nous sommes profondment proccups par la sant et la scurit de vous et de vos familles. Face une pidmie menaante, notre universit a activement prvenu et contrl la situation, a travaill dur pour maintenir la stabilit et la paix du campus. Les tudiants ont galement rpondu activement l'appel, soutenu et coopr avec le travail concern; ils deviennent des communicateurs conscients de la science, des briseurs de rumeurs, des gardiens de la sant et des soignants de la famille.De nombreux tudiants ont galement spontanment et activement contact notre universit pour donner des fournitures et donner leur amour. Tout cela dmontre pleinement les responsabilits des jeunes dans la nouvelle re. Nous apprcions beaucoup vos performances!
Actuellement, la situation de la prvention et de la lutte contre les pidmies est encore complique et grave. Afin d'assurer la scurit des tudiants , l'Universit de Soochow a dcid de ne pas effectuer la rentre d'cole avant la fin de fvrier,2020. Veuillez ne pas retourner au campus l'avance. La date de rentre et de retour sera dtermine en fonction de l'volution de la situation pidmique et du dploiement des suprieurs. Une fois la dcision tant dtermine, les tudiants seront informs en premier et auront suffisamment du temps pour le retour. Veuillez patienter pour ce moment. Ce n’est pas seulment la ncessit de lutter contre l'pidmie, mais aussi la proccupation et l'amour du pays pour tous les tudiants. En ce qui concerne les nouvelles programmes de semestre, les stages de fin d'tudes, la soutenance de thse, l'avancement professionnel, les changes l'tranger et d'autres tches qui proccupent gnralement les tudiants, l’Universit est en train d’tudier et formuler des plans correspondants, de crer une plate-forme d'apprentissage en ligne, d’optimiser les processus de gestion hors ligne et s'efforcer de parvenir un " non-stop cours, non-tarder tude" En profitant les "coutumes du Nouvel An" telles que "l’change de visites en ligne", "la vie chez soi", etc., vous n'oubliez pas d'utiliser les ressources lectroniques de la bibliothque scolaire, les ressources de cours ouverts en ligne et le MOOC des universits chinoises et d'autres plateformes en ligne.
