《Top Of The World》（世界之巅）上个世纪70年代的美国流行文化的代表。由卡伦卡朋特首唱，收录于1972年的专辑《A Song For You》中。

《The End of the World》（世界末日）是由美国著名的女乡村音乐歌手史琪特戴维丝 （Skeeter Davis）于1963年演唱的一首歌曲。被评为当年最受欢迎的歌曲，但至今无人超越她的演绎，而这首歌也是她唯一的传世之作。
卡朋特乐队也唱过，甚至有人认为原唱是卡朋特，这个版本更轻柔，一股民谣风。

《There's A Kind Of Hush》
《There's A Kind Of Hush》（有一种宁静），是赫尔曼的隐士们合唱团(Herman's Hermits) 在1967 年发行的畅销歌曲，卡朋特于 1976 年重新录制本曲，歌名并增加副标题"There's A Kind Of Hush (All Over The World)"，使得本曲再次流行。这首歌的歌名妙的在于那个"HUSH"，指的是嘘声，因此有人将歌名翻译成爱的细语。

《Please Mr.Postman》（邮差先生），是 1960 年代最具代表性的女生组合 "The Marvelettes" 的作品，曾经是1961年R&B和流行榜的双料冠军。后来卡朋特翻唱后，也很争气地在1975年重新诠释后又得到流行榜冠军，也成为史上原唱与重唱都得冠军的七支单曲之一。
