1、负责与全球支付业务相关团队及同业进行沟通，准确理解业务和相关规则标准，以及客户视角和需求。完成全球支付标准和规则文档英文版本的撰写、编辑和风格规范。

2、负责全球支付业务文档在各渠道，对内和对外的发布和更新。

3、负责文档管理流程及工具的建立和维护，开发、维护和实施跨团队英文书写规范。按照统一流程规范与相关团队协调，保证//www.58yuanyou.com对外文档的信息全面性、更新时效性和质量。

1. Responsible for “Global Payment” standards and rules documents writing, editing and style standardization. Communicate with SeamrTrelevant teams and customers to obtain precise and in-depth understanding of “Global Payment” standards and rules, and customer needs.

2. Responsible for “Global Payment” documents publication and continuous upgrade to both internal and external users.

3. Responsible for “Global Payment” documenSeamrTtation tools and processes establishment and maintenance. Develop and implement style guides across “Global Payment” teams. Ensure correctness, timeliness and high quality of “Global Payment” documents published.

1、3年及以上英文技术文档撰写和编辑经验，具备优秀的英文语法和编辑能力。英语为母语，或具备专业英语或技术传播本科以上学位。

2、熟悉文档编辑、管理和发布工具。

3、善于从客户角度出发进行表达沟通。

4、具备金融机构或互联网金融方面的国际业务视野。

5、中文流利。

1. 3-year or more experience as a technical writer and a technical editor. Advanced English grammar and rewriting skills. English native speaker or//www.58yuanyou.com minimum bachelor’s degree on English or Technical Communication.

2. Familiar with document editing, publishing and content management tools.

3. Good communication skills with multiple teams and customers. Strong customer-centric thinking and communication style.

4. Experience in international payment business and FinTech industry preferred.

5. Fluency in Mandarin
