【@】这个符号读做 at，但 at 是介词，不能当动词用。
【有人@你】这个动作，英文用：mention（提到），所以可以这样说：You were mentioned.

2. "私聊" 怎么说呢？

3. 聊天记录≠ chat record
Record是记录的意思，指刻意记录下的备案，比如：medical records 药物记录（病例）；criminal records 犯罪记录（前科）。
而"聊天记录" 不是刻意做的备案，只是过往的聊天历史，更地道的表达应该说：chat history。

4. "发朋友圈"英文怎么说？
发朋友圈的“发”，用这个词：post（发布）
