这是周六下午我们例行的写作会，小宝写下的故事。写作会大概持续了 45 分钟，她写了三章内容，结束后她觉得意犹未尽，继续花了不少时间把文章扩充成 12 个小节，共计 3000 个词。通读完之后，我觉得虽然故事的逻辑性有待提升，情节有些跳跃外，遣词造句以及对细节的描述绝对在我水平之上。让我写这么一篇文字，我是写不出来的。整个故事我感觉受了 How to train your dragon 和 Harry Potter 的影响，不知道和她最近读的 Wings of Fire 有没有关系。征得小宝的同意，把这篇文章发在公众号上，供大家点评。如果你感觉有意思，愿意打赏一二，那再好不过，打赏的钱我会转交给小宝买书。提前替小宝感谢各位叔叔阿姨哥哥姐姐！
Prologue (2,000 years ago...)
The war between the kingdoms of dragons ended. Snowfall, an ice dragon, started a school called Dragon Academy for Little Dragonets. The purpose of the academy was to help the dragons from all the kingdoms become friends. There was a group assigned with one dragonet from each kingdom. The dragons in a group should try to make friends with each other. But soon, Snowfall died, and her daughter Cici became the principal of the academy. Cici made a curse so that she would never die.
A few years later, Darknessmagic the 3rd went to the Dragon Academy. He had the magic of every dragon, even though he was an ice dragon. Dark (Dark is short for Darknessmagic) was very smart, but he was mean to other dragons. Soon, he left school and started ruining the world.
Chapter 1: The Dark Secret
2,000 years after Dragon Academy started....
Suya, a sky dragon, flew into the rainforest to find her best friend Cindy, who was a rain dragon. "Cindy! Cindy? Where are you?" Suya asked. Cindy flew next to Suya. "There you are," Suya said. Cindy said, "Suya, I've been looking everywhere for you! Come on, we're late for history class. Lingxi's been waiting for a long time already." Lingxi, Suya and Cindy's best friend, was a clever, intelligent ice dragon. Suya and Cindy flew to the history cave of the Dragon Academy. There, as Cindy described, was Lingxi.
Lingxi seemed sad. "Why the sad face?" asked Suya. "I've got a dark secret," Lingxi replied. She felt TERRIBLE. She said, "I'm afraid I can't be friends with you anymore. I'm descended from Darknessmagic the 3rd. I will hurt you. He can control his descendants." " The dragon of doom?" Cindy asked. Darknessmagic the 3rd was called the dragon of doom because he almost killed all the other dragons and ruined almost everything. Now that the dark secret was revealed, the dragonets were starting history class.
Chapter 2: The Dream
It was time for the dragonets to sleep. Each group shared a cave. Lingxi was in a cave with Cindy, Suya, Coralreef, Fireball, Aria, Shania, and Starlight.
Lingxi slept.
Darknessmagic the 3rd woke from a deep sleep. He tied a mud dragon onto the wall and spit out ice. The dragon was frozen. He shot icicles from his mouth. Then, the dragon was dead.
Lingxi woke up to the scary dream.
Chapter 3: The Mad Fireball
Fireball woke up, too. He had a scaaaaaaaary dream. Then, he burst into fire. He burned the whole cave. "Escape!" Lingxi exclaimed. All the dragons escaped. "Shoot water!" she said to Coralreef. Coralreef did as told. She shot water all over the place. The fire disappeared. Then Lingxi told Suya and Cindy to tell Cici, the 'never be dead' dragon. Then, Fireball shot fire all over the school grounds. Coralreef shot water, while Lingxi shot ice to stop the fire.
Aria, Shania, and Starlight were pulling Fireball away so he would not hurt other dragonets and their beloved home. Then, Cici, Suya, and Cindy helped, too. Suya flew to the Sky Kingdom so the sky guards would take him back to the Fire Kingdom. Since it was still midnight, Starlight flew into the night sky. As a night dragon, she can glow in the dark and there will be fierce light. Soon, Fireball saw the light and closed his eyes. He kept shooting fire, but he shot less fire than he did before. Cici told all the other students to evacuate to the rainforest. Cici went with them. Cindy tried to start a rainstorm. Rain dragons can start rainstorms any time they want. Suddenly, little raindrops shot from the clouds.
The rainstorm went bigger. Aria shot sand into Fireball's wings, trying to get his attention. Shania shot mud to block the fire. But Fireball shot more fire than ever, and everybody tried to stop him.
Chapter 4: Help!
Suddenly, there was a cry for help. "Help!" it said again. Cindy and Lingxi flew near the mysterious voice. There was a fire dragon slightly bigger than Fireball that was pinning Suya to the ground. Cindy shot venom(rain dragons can shoot venom) at the fire dragon, while Lingxi shot ice(don't forget that she is an ice dragon). The stranger was holding a knife. Cindy stole the knife and threatened to cut off his claws.
Then, Fireball pushed away from the fire dragon. Fireball told Lingxi that the stranger was his big brother, Fireblast. Fireblast hated sky dragons because a sky dragon once accidentally hit him, and especially Suya, because she was descended from that dragon. "Sorry," Fireball apologized, "I had a bad dream that told me to do bad things. I said no, but the dream visitor grabbed onto me and made me wake up. Then, he controlled me to blast fire. When Suya was pinned, I finally awoke and the dream visitor couldn't grab on to me. The dream visitor was Darknessmagic the 3rd."
Chapter 5: Winter's Secret
Suya looked up. She spread her wings. Good thing her wing wasn't injured. If it was, she would be meaningless. A sky dragon's only unique talent was flying. They are nothing if they couldn't fly. Slowly, Fireball told Suya to get sky soldiers and arrest Fireblast. But Suya said no. Lingxi, instead, went to get the ice soldiers. On her way, she went through other little kingdoms of small animals. Soon, she reached the Ice Kingdom. She asked the queen, Queen Icicle, for ice soldiers.
There were the soldiers. The head of the soldiers, Winter, flew the fastest. The other soldiers and Lingxi were trying to catch up to her. Soon, they were back at the academy. Winter and the soldiers seized Fireblast's neck, wings, and tail. They took him to the ice palace and made him their prisoner. Suddenly, Winter collapsed. She said, "I'm on a curse. If I help someone do something, I get punished." "Who did the curse?" Lingxi asked. "Darknessmagic the 3rd," she replied. "I thought he was trapped in that cave," said Lingxi. "Me too," Winter replied, "But it looks like he's escaped. It's so weird."
Chapter 6: Darknessmagic the 3rd
"Uh-oh," Cindy said, "Darknessmagic the 3rd is after us." Cici told all of the dragons to use their magic when needed. She gave all of them weapons. Then, they asked for guards. The guards came. They were struggling to keep themselves alive.
A few days later, Darknessmagic, or Dark for short(in case you forgot that), came. He started killing dragons. Even worse, when Cindy bravely fought Dark by shooting venom and fire, and immediately, Darknessmagic the 3rd and his soldiers grabbed her wings, tail, head, and arms. Uh-oh. How did Dark escape? No one knows. It was up to the dragonets to save their world.
Dark's soldiers were keeping an eye on Cindy. Cindy didn't know what to do. What now? Escape? No one knows.
Chapter 7: Trapped!
Cindy, who was trapped in Dark's prison, was astonished. She couldn't expect what to do now. There were Dark's guards all over the place. She was trapped in bars and chains and ropes. All she can do was wait for someone to rescue her. But no one was there to rescue her. "I can do some spying," she thought. Maybe someone would rescue her and she can tell Dark's deepest secrets. But what if she got killed in here? What if? Everything was hopeless.
Suya was worried. She wanted to rescue Cindy, but how? Suya asked Lingxi for her help, but somehow Lingxi was half dead. "Darknessmagic," Suya muttered. The worse thing was, Cindy was the princess of the rain dragons, and if she got even ONE scale hurt, Queen Rosie would imprison Suya and Lingxi for sure. But that wasn't the t原由网ime to talk about that. Everything was hopeless.
Chapter 8: The Hopeless Life
Life was hopeless. Everything was wrong. Cindy was imprisoned. Lingxi was half dead. What to do now? No one knows. Suya was basically worried. She flew into the rainforest. Then, a swoop of wind pushed Suya out. "Maybe Dark is about to imprison me. That's good. At least I can be with Cindy," she said. But she knew that she needed to save her world.
The wind stopped immediately. Then the wind blew again. The wind sent a note from Cindy to Suya. The note said:
I'm trapped. There were chains between my arms, an iron on my neck and feet, ropes were tied on my hands and feet, there were also chains on my wings, and to make matters worse, there were bars around me and I could hardly move without bumping into the bars. The soldiers were so mean to me. They only gave me one meal with some fish leftover from the trash. They only gave me a few spoons of water and the water was from the dirtiest lakes. But there is still hope. Lingxi made a sacrifice. She used all her magic and strength to make a magical gust of wind so I can spy on Dark and tell you all about it.
Chapter 9: Lost But Found
The next day, Suya asked the sky queen, Sunny, to see if they could make Lingxi revive without breaking the gust of wind Lingxi sent. Sunny said, "We can do it. But you need to convince Cynthia to shoot mud on Lingxi." "Why not use Shania's mud?" Suya asked. "Cynthia has magical mud," Sunny replied, "Cynthia 原由网is in the secret mud cave. She is the daughter of Queen Mudpie's sister Clay. Then, you need to talk to Cindy and make a magical connection between Cindy and Lingxi. To help you, I can give you invisibility for 72 hours. After 72 hours, your invisibility will disappear.
Suya was eager. She sneaked into Dark's secret mansion. Then, she went to Cindy's cell. Uh-oh. Cindy disappeared. Then, Suya searched the whole mansion. Cindy wasn't there. Then, Suya searched the grounds. Cindy was there. She was chained and tied onto the wall. "The wall in Lingxi's dreams," she thought. Then, Dark came. He was about to freeze Cindy and kill her. Suya couldn't watch this anymore. She took a knife from the kitchen and cut Cindy's ropes loose.原由网 Then, she breathed fire and the chains were gone. "Which idiot did this to my prisoner? I want her back!" Dark exclaimed. "I will give her back once I find out her secrets and tell you. Bye," said the mysterious voice(Suya).
Chapter 10: The Turning Point
Suya took Cindy into the woods and out into the secret sky meeting room. That is where the sky kingdom kept its secrets. But Cindy didn't know. She was frightened.
In the secret meeting room, Suya told Cindy to drink a potion that will make Cindy have connections with Lingxi. Isn't that the plan? Cindy said no. Suya told her who she is and the plan. Cindy drank the potion. Meanwhile, at Dragon Academy, Sunny opened Lingxi's mouth and poured the same potion into it. Then, invisible lines began spreading between Lingxi and Cindy. Then, Suya told Cindy to do more spying. Cindy went back to Darknessmagic to do the spying. Before Cindy had gone, Suya did a spell so Cindy won't have one scale hurt. Dark tried to kill her, only to find himself covered with icicles instead of Cindy. Then, he put Cindy back into her cell.
Meanwhile, Suya flew(Suya sure did a lot of flying)to the Mud Kingdom. She went into Cynthia's secret mud cave and told her everything about//www.58yuanyou.com the plan. So Cynthia listened and shot mud onto Lingxi.
Chapter 11: Spying on Dark
The plan was done. Suya wasn't invisible anymore. 3 days already passed. Cindy can spy on Dark anytime by using the gust of wind. They knew all the codes, passwords, and secrets of Dark. Thanks to Lingxi. A few days later, Suya did a curse so Dark can't control Lingxi. One day, Dark and ALL his soldiers(including Cindy, but Cindy didn't want to) were fighting all the other dragons. Sunny flew fast and grabbed one of Dark's soldiers and imprisoned her. They cracked the codes and passwords. Many of Dark's dragons were killed or imprisoned. Lingxi suddenly had an idea.
Chapter 12: Lingxi's Plan
"Remember Winter? Let's get that curse off her and I can spy on Dark. I will tell him I'm sided with him. Then, I will spy on him. That's safer," Lingxi said. "Good plan," Cindy replied. "Let's go find Winter!" she exclaimed. They flew(aren't they ever tired of flying)to the Ice Kingdom and found Winter. They used a spell to free Winter from Dark's spells. Winter took Lingxi's place to protect their school. Things didn't go as planned. Lingxi decided not to spy, but instead, she would sneak out of her bedroom at Dark's mansion and tell all her friends to imprison Dark and finally kill him.
At nighttime, Lingxi sneaked out of her bedroom and went to find her friends. Then, all of them pinned down Dark and put him in prison. They imprisoned the guards, too. It was time for the execution.
Epilogue
It was the day all dragons were waiting for, Darknessmagic's execution. That morning, Cindy was standing right in front of the infamous Darknessmagic the 3rd, holding her breath. She was both excited and worried. What if Dark flew out and killed all the dragons? But Lingxi and Suya were ready. They sat on the stands of the ceremony. Dark's soldiers all became their soldiers. Everything was about to be normal. Then Lingxi used her ice to draw the circle of happily ever after around Dark while Suya announced,"Ladies and gentlemen, isn't it a wonderful day? Darknessmagic the 3rd is finally going to end!" Cindy held her breath and shot venom all over Dark. Suddenly, all the other dragons were using their magic and shooting and throwing trash at Dark. Es原由网pecially Cynthia, who was shooting mud all over the place. And that was the end of Darknessmagic the 3rd. The dragons lived happily ever after!
