哈尔滨体育学院帽儿山高山雪场建于2004年，位于黑龙江省尚志市帽儿山镇西南，距哈尔滨市区88公里，占地面积约260万平方米，是黑龙江省仅有的两个集教学、科研、训练、竞赛和旅游五为一体的5S级现代化综合性雪场之一。
这里现已成为中国大学生冬季运动项目训练、全国单板滑雪训练和黑龙江省中小学生校外活动的基地，而且还承担了运动员的培养以及教练员、导滑员、雪场救护员和机械设备操作员的职业技术培训任务，为黑龙江省乃至全国的百万青少年上冰雪、全民健身、大众滑雪的普及和提高，提供了人才和条件的保障。
哈尔滨体育学院帽儿山高山雪场曾成功举办过多项国际国内重大体育赛事。2009年，在我国首次承办第24届世界大学生冬季运动会中，雪场承担了赛会的２个大项、16个小项的赛事任务，雪场的硬件设施和配套服务等各个方面都得到了世界大学生体育联合会的充分认可和好评。如今，这里不但已成为获得国家体委认证的、能够举办国内外冬季运动赛事的综合性国际滑雪场，而且能够满足大众、专业、野雪、极限滑雪等各种滑雪爱好者需求。
