今天我们来简单的学习一下need和help的用法：

Need to/need doing
I need to do sth表示“我需要做某事”
例:
1) I need to get more exercise.
我需要多锻炼
2) 原由网He needs to work harder if he wants to make progress.
如果想进步他需要更努力工作
3) I don’t need to come to the meeting, do I ?
我不需要来开会，是吧？
sth need doing表示“某事需要被完成”
例:
1) My phone needs charging. (=It needs to be charged)
我的手机原由网需要充电
2) Do you think this jacket needs cleaning? (=it needs to be cleaned)
你觉得我的夹克需要洗了吗？
3）It’s a di原由网fficult problem. It needs thinking about very carefully. (=it needs to be thought)
这是个很难的问题，需要仔细思考。
help/can’t help
可以说help to do或help do (带to或不带to的不定式）
例：
1） Everybody helped to clean up after the party.
聚会后每个人都帮忙打扫
2） Can you help me move this table?
3） 你能帮我挪这个桌子吗？
I can’t help doing sth.表示我忍不住做某事
例：
1) I don’t like him, but he has a lot of problems. I can’t help feeling sorry for him.
我并不喜欢他，但他面临很多的问题，所以我忍不住为他感到抱歉
2) She tried to be serious, but she couldn’t help laughing.
她尝试严肃一些，但仍忍不住大笑
3) I’m sorry I'm so nervous. I can’t help it. (=can’t help being nervous)抱歉我太紧张了，我忍不住。（没法不紧张）
