M: Michele, how long have you been living in China?
米歇尔，你来中国多久了？
W: Well, in total it's been almost four//www.58yuanyou.com years now.
到现在总共将近四年了。
M: Four years. The same to me.

M: Are you totally used to living here?

W: I think so.At times there are still some things that are a little bit difficult, but for the most part, I don't have a culture shock anymore.

M: For example?

W: Well, there's still the language barrier because I'm still not fluent in Chinese; like today I went to the bank and I was trying to do something that was a little out of the ordinary, I guess. I just had some trouble and I couldn'www.58yuanyou.comt get it done.
我现在在沟通上还是会遇到语言障碍，因为我现在讲中文还不流利。比如今天我去银行，可能我想办的事情有点特殊。麻烦了半天最后也没有办成。
M: And you said you had gone back to Canada. Did you have kind of reverse culture shock when you went back?
你说你回去过加拿大。回去之后你有感受到逆向文化冲击吗？
W: Yes, I diQLPDaNd actually. I... at that time, I had lived in China for about three years, and I was so used to living in China. I guess I had to change my thinking and behaviors a little bit when I went back to Canada. I felt like, "OK, now I have to change back."
说实话，遇到了。当时我在中国住了大概三年的时间，已经非常习惯了。我想回到加拿大之后我不得不稍微转换一下思维和行为模式。我当时想“好了，我必须变回来了。”
M: And you're planning to move back soon again?

W: Well, I'm going to go back to Canada in the summer for my holidays but then I'll be back in China.

M: Oh, I see. What do you think you'll miss most about China while you're gone?

W: I think I'll miss the food the most. I really love Chinese food.
